I would spray neem oil or isopropyl alcohol on the leaves a bit- and, yes, wash the leaves good and keep it away from your others if you can! (If you can’t, just make sure to check the other nearby plants as well!)

Aphids come off easy with a spray of a hose :) I had them on my trumpet plant a couple weeks ago

All good advice. Power washing is the simplest since the plant is outside. Move the plant far away before hosing down. These bugs are tenacious and will return to the tender young leaves. Also, ants farm them like milk cows. So, you can get an ant problem as well if they linger too long.

thank you everyone for the helpful replies! i sadly don’t have a hose i can use cause i’m in an apt building. i tried pouring water onto the leaves but they didn’t budge. :( i can try to buy some neem oil. or do you guys think i could take a wet cloth and wipe them off? or use isopropyl alcohol to wipe off or would that hurt the leaves? thanks everyone!!!

Yes, you can use any of the suggested methods. Wipe them off with rubbing alcohol on a cloth or paper towels. I don’t recommend spraying rubbing alcohol directly onto the plant until you test a leaf and wait a day or two. Some plants are sensitive. I had a few and sprayed with soapy Dawn dish water. It quickly killed them. I sprayed all the plants around them as well even though I didn’t see them on other plants.
