This big boy at work wasn’t being cared for, I’m now watering but is there anything else I should do to help?🥺

Could put more soil around to help leaves stand up straighter.

just make sure you don’t water too often… if it’s in a low light area, once every 2-3 months is enough water. you risk rot and fungus gnats if you water more frequently than once a month, but i usually wait 2 just to be safe.

doesn’t look that bad to me! just be sure and check the soil before you water - don’t water on a schedule of any kind! that will kill the plant due to overwatering (which is frequency, not quantity). when the soil is completely dry, then thoroughly water, letting the water pour out of the drainage holes. snakes plants are known to be low-light tolerant plants, but they can take a good measure of sun. not sure where you have this guy in relation to a window but you can slowly acclimate him to some indirect sun by moving him a little closer each week. all plants love sun if some sort so it will help him perk up a bit more. have fun!
