Watch Aloha Plant Life’s YouTube video on spider mites. Good luck.
좋아요 1개I use neem oil or neem oil + Castile soap. First, wipe off the mites. Next, spray the leaves front and back with the spray of your choice. Leave the solution on. I also spray the soil down with neem. You’ll need to treat like twice a week for a few weeks…

I’ve had spider mites several times and usually been able to get rid of them using a combination of insecticidal soap and neem oil. I alternate spraying with them every 2-4 days for at least 4 weeks. After that continue to inspect regularly for a resurgence. You will lose some leaves but once the infestation is gone the plant usually bounces back. Most people’s mistake is that they spray 1 or 2 times think that they’re gone and then they come back. Also make sure you isolate that plant from others since spider mites spread easily and spray any plants it’s been around too.

A long time ago I partnered with someone growing a room full of indoor plants. Anyway when we got spider mites it meant it affected the bottom line. We were unable to use any chemicals. We mail ordered (pre internet days) a tiny wasp that was the mite's natural predator. It worked quicky and cleanly. These particular wasps were not a danger to people. They were tiny and had a latan name but boy, the infestation cleared up quickly.
