My red nerve plant has just slowly been losing leaves. I repotted him about a week ago in new soil and have been trying to keep the moisture levels right, but it is still losing leaves. Any ideas why?

  1. Idk

Is the lighting ok for the plant? Too much or too little could affect it

How much light should a nerve plant get?

It should be in a moderate lit room I have mine in a south facing window but it is in the corner somewhat shaded

I believe they are a ground cover on a rainforest floor so they like very filtered light. I struggled with mine for so long and it does best in very high humidity and very very good drainage. It’s a great terrarium plant or put a cloche over it or a humidifier close by. The roots are very shallow. Mine also did better when I put it in a very small plastic nursery pot about 1/2” to an inch bigger than the root ball. I monitor the moisture by both the weight of the pot and a moisture meter. It’s such a cute little plant, I hope this helps.
