I have a new monstera that is overall pretty healthy (putting out new leaves, aerial roots growing all over) but this week I’ve noticed some black spots and now yellowing on some of the smaller leaves at the bottom of the plant. It sits near a grow light because the natural light here isn’t amazing. Is this to do with light/water or is it a fungal situation?
