Looks wet. Cacti are desert plants. You don’t rly even water them during winter. Probably needs a LOT more sun and a lot less water and a mix that has more ariation because that stuff looks wet. Should be chunky with pearlite and stuff!

Dave_opuntiafaceI believe this is Euphorbia horrida, which is not a cactus - but is a succulent lol. I’m not trying to be correctional, just informative - but I was still irritated the first time someone clarified this for me. And yeah, your plant looks waterlogged. I have a few Euphorbia that I water when the alerts tell me. If you wanna really geek out, look this one up on llifle dot com (those are L’s). I’m doing that now.
