Any tips on spider mites? I have rinsed with water (the best I can since the plant is in my work building) and I’ve wiped down the leaves and stems. Not sure what to do next. I don’t want to use hydrogen peroxide if I don’t have to, I have neem oil I was planning to use but the office window is south facing, I don’t want to burn my plant so I wanted to get some extra tips first!

The neem oil or insecticidal soap will be your best bet. It won’t burn your plants unless you spray it on the leaves and then immediately put it in the light. Just allow it to dry in a darker area first

I would use the neem oil. Maybe before you leave work, at night or move the plant away From direct sunlight when you use it. Remember to wipe all the surrounding areas with soapy water. Spider mites are tiny so multiple treatments are recommended. Just keep doing what you’re doing. Consistency is important.

Be careful about insecticidal soaps because spider mites can become resistant to them. Maybe rotate two different ones to prevent this from happening.

Watch the ULTIMATE guide to defending and preventing spider mites from the YouTuber Aloha Plant Life. It’s very informative and hopefully will give a better understanding of the lifecycle and how to get rid of them. Good luck 🍀

Try systemic granules also. An internal pesticide
