Help! Mealy bugs are on my Hoyas. So far I’ve used neem oil and water, dish soap, & rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle and I just keep finding them. Any recommendations?

Hose the whole plant down. Then you can either dunk the whole thing in tubing alcohol for a few minutes and rinse again. Or take a q-tip soaked in rubbing alcohol and dab each bug with it

Seconding this. Spray the plant super well, then put on a podcast and hit any lingering bugs with a qtip and 70% alcohol. Be sure to check in every crevice!
