Does anyone have any recommendations on getting rid of aphids on an indoor mint plant? I planted these 3 weeks ago or so, and this morning discovered the stems covered with aphids.

A garden hose is the quickest way to get rid of aphids. They don’t have that KungFu grip 😆. Aphids are the least worrisome pest because of this. You can knock them of while filling a bucket if you don’t have an outside faucet. Then, swish them off in the bucket of soapy water to dislodge more until they are all off the plant.

Also depending on the size of the plant (I had a small one) a decent sized plant spray bottle with a powerful spritz can do the trick. I used soapy water in the spray bottle.

I dunk indoor herbs into a dawn dish soap and water mix at first sight of pests. Not sure what size your mint is and if it’s doable but works like a charm.
