My succulents all of a sudden began loosing all their leaves and don’t have any new growth. This is happening in 3 separate plants (same species), has this happened to anyone else?

Im not sure it look very wet, but I would check the soil for rot and maybe cut the top off where it still has leaves and try to propagate

Echeveria? Usually a plant loses the old leaves and gets new ones. You can just take the dead leaves off. Everything else is fine. Succulent fertilizer once a month or whenever Planta tells you is also good. I water mine when the soil is dry till it comes out the bottom. Mine is also outside.
