Ok so I have 5 mums and only one of them seems to be surviving repotting. Any ideas as to why? And can I still save them?

This could be dormancy and not death. They go dormant as the weather gets colder coming back in the spring. Mine were in very large pots outside. Rain water was sufficient the keep the roots alive until spring when new growth appeared. They are just not cute for 5 months. You can get replacements. Mums are very cheap right now. Every grocery store is selling them.
