Not sure what I’m doing wrong! I’ve had this plant for 3 years I’ve tried full and part sun, I’ve had him in humid rooms and outside during the summer but he never seems to look better! He still grows but old leaves go yellow and fall off below! I’ve repotted him in smaller and larger pots.
Hey up there, cut all the dead off, when watering lift the pot if it’s light needs watering if heavy don’t water till it’s light again, hope this helps

Some plants just cycle through foliage. Kinda like us how we constantly have hair falling out and new hairs growing. I would just snip off the old leaves as they get brown and die. Then your plant will have more energy to put into its newer foliage.

Could check into humidity levels in your home as well as ph levels of the soil
