What is wrong with my Echeveria Fabiola? Why is there a black leaf? It’s wet to the touch… Thanks!

    Is it waterlogged? Did you mist it or get water on it at all? I’m not 100% sure, but it could be rot, and then you need to remove it and stop it from spreading. Let us know how it goes.

    I agree with Penny. I had one that got crown rot and it spread rapidly.

    I would take a look at her stem and roots and check for rot. Cut off anything rotten and hopefully she’ll recover ❤️
