Got this peperomia a little while ago now as a gift, noticed a month or so ago that it had literally no roots and was just sitting on top of the soil?? I moved it to a smaller pot, sprayed it down with a hydrogen peroxide mix in case of root rot, and also gave it rooting hormones but nothing has worked, I don’t see any new growth. :( If it’s just dead and unsalvageable how has it looked so alive and grown for so long?? What should I do?

The white powder is from the rooting hormone put on a few weeks ago and then there’s just some perlite stuck to the bottom from the soil

If it looks alive, let it be! They are working on adjusting.

it might be helpful to divide it, i find smaller cuttings / baby plants have an easier time developing roots if there is less leaf to support
