Palms tend to like a lot of humidity, I recommend buying a small humidifier to place nearby or, at a minimum, put a pan of rocks and water underneath the pot (bit don’t put the bottom of the pot in the water).

GardeNerdParlor palm? They’re supposed to be pretty easy going and adaptable. I have one—recent purchase and the grow pot is significantly smaller than what you have yours planted in and it’s pretty full. Give it a trim and maybe start using a water gauge so you know when to water. Also co-sign on Lanier’s humidifier suggestion.
