My Pilea is not doing well. It has light, and it was reported in the same pot but with some new soil. This pot does not have drainage but it’s been in this pot for two years and doing well. Just before a big move it was unhappy and then after the move she got REALLY unhappy.
In general no drainage = no bueno. I’d say it’s time to pull him from the pot and inspect the roots as these guys are prone to root rot and sometimes things fester for a while before the issue is apparent. Sure it could be the move but I’d advise against thinking that’s it without a full inspection. Also, if you haven’t been reporting him with new soil yearly I’d start doing that as well.
