Attempting a rescue, which isn’t going well. This succulent was on the free table of a plant swap and looked rough. Now, it’s worse. The terrible piece is now shriveled at the base. The other was once perky. Now it has fallen over next to its brother. Any tips to rescue this cutie?

My guess is benign neglect- and/or you can try propagating some of the leaves.

U could chop off the top, wait about a day or two for it to callous over, and replant it- give it a lot of light and it’ll grow new roots. U may need to do this again in order to get a more pretty/photogenic plant
