This is Veruca. She was named that because she’s an obnoxious spoiled brat that is never happy. Lol. Seriously, I’ve had her for over a year and tried her in almost every spot in the house and she just doesn’t do well. I had her in my kitchen window and she did well for a while but now I have spent all morning picking these brown leaves off her. I was thinking of cutting the ends off and rooting them, but I’ve tried that before and they always rot. Any advice please?

What kind of tradescantia is it? I find some can get hairy when not getting enough light. And I get crispy leaves when I’m not on top of my watering. I’ve had success propagating using water or soil. Although I prefer soil propagation.

Sillamontana. I ended up trimming off the leggy ends and putting them in some water. Left it where it was in the kitchen. Not sure where else to put it. I looked at my app and I’ve had it a lot longer than I thought. At least two years. So frustrating when you just can’t figure out why they’re “unhappy”.

Unfortunately I’m not familiar with this one. I did an internet search and most sites say bright indirect and keep moist (shocking). What I found interesting is most suggested regularly pinching to encourage bushier growth. Wish I could be more help. Maybe someone else with more experience with this one can offer advice. Good luck!

Looks like my cobweb plant! Mine likes a bit lower light than you seem to have but I have the opposite problem with mine! She grows quickly and then gets too heavy and the strands die off so I have to trim it back a lot. Hope she finds a happy place for you!
