Somebody please help!! I brought her home & she instantly dropped half her leaves!💔 Should I remove the leaf that’s browning? Will the stem with no leaves sprout new growth? At least the leaves have stopped dropping 😭😭 #fiddleleaffig #plantcare #sos
Hi! I’ve never had a fiddle leaf fig, so I had to do some research, but according to my research, the drop of leaves is due to lack of water and dry air. And, yes you shod remove the browning leaf. I’m not a full pro yet on plants, so don’t take my advice too seriously. Hope she gets better!!
2개 좋아요 I did some research and it says it could be a bacterial infection so I cleaned thoroughly and I am using the hydrogen peroxide remedy! Hopefully she bounces back! 🙏

Me: 0. Fiddle leaf: 2 I’ve never ever been able to keep one happy. I’ve found that wet soil really makes them mad. But dry soil does too. There’s a fine line. I would check the soil first. Especially if it hasn’t been changed since you bought it. Sometimes you find weird stuff in there.

I got a cheap water meter for my plants. When his soil is about to do into the dry I water him. Needs light and humidity. Mine is a Grouchy old man! His name is Oscar!

0개 좋아요This is just a last case scenario if your fiddle leaf drops all of its leaves and it looks dead don’t throw it out. Mine did that and I just chopped the top off and now it’s growing a bunch of new leaves a good bit of time later so just hold onto it if it goes south.

I had the same issue and now they are all grown and beautiful. They scare me a bit every now and then but you just have to try to understand what they need and they will do great.
