    It might be worth using a moisture meter to check if you’re not comfortable using your finger. About 8-10 bucks on Amazon or local garden center. They really help to gauge when they actually need watered.

    It’s a calathea, the spoiled step child of the plant world! It likes distilled water, hates being moved, hates repotting, hates happy plant owners and is tired of living. 😁 I’m not even joking. Good luck.
