   I’ve been using systemic granules in the soil, apparently its good for all pests. I got them off of amazon. You can try hosing the plant off and trying some insecticidal soap. Neem oil has never worked for me with any pests & it stinks lol

   Seconding watering in systemic granules. They take time, but they work. Also seconding spraying down thoroughly with water and then using insecticidal soap on leaves and stems. You may have to treat 2-3 times a week with insecticidal soap. My huge monstera had thrips and hosing her off and repeat applications of insecticidal soap finally got rid of them. Took 4-6 weeks and she took a little longer than that to start putting out new growth again. Good luck!
