I know some plants are sensitive to air movements, temperature (also affects humidity), and all that. I had one plant that was so sensitive to the air movement and sun (less harsh of my window sills) that it crisped up a few years ago. So it’s totally possible. I hope someone can provide a more definitive and helpful answer for ya.

Sometimes plants just get a little shocked after repotting. My Mother if thousands was a total drama queen but she's come back nicely. I have noticed some of her leaves getting a bit shriveled/wilty, but then that leaf is the one which starts to bud out the little babies. So it might be that stem is getting strained from getting ready to have babies. 🤣
