   i believe your air plant is dead as well, it looks gray/moldy rather than green. but hard to tell from the photo

   How dry is the woody part? If it’s pliable it’s not dead yet. If it’s very dry, it’s gone

   I would check the roots. If they’re still strong, there’s hope. Repot it in fresh soil that drains well and can air out, and put it under a grow lamp for 10 hrs a day for three or four months. Fingers crossed. 💚
