Just got some hydrangeas and repotted them two days ago. Today the pink one was dying and I’m not sure what to do. Not sure why the blue one has discolored leaves as well but the flowers and stems seem strong. They are both in the same area. Any advice? Completely new to gardening, any advice helps. Thanks!!

It’s pretty normal for plants to have an adjustment period when they’re first brought home—especially some fading in the flowers. The brown leaves might have to do with the amount of water it has gotten. Either too much or too little. Might look closely at the plant for pests/bugs that attack plants (like the one Planta mentions on info page when you click little “i” by plant name). I understand your worry, but they’re probably fine.

Discoloured leaves could be due to a bit of scorching . Don’t place them in direct sun after watering as this can scorch the leaves / water them when sun isn’t strong . Good luck !

I will try that, possibly find an area with more shade. Thanks!
