I’ve had this peace lily for almost a year and it’s been doing fine until I watered it and my sister watered it again after a few minutes thinking I hadn’t watered it… The leaves are turning brown from the tips. My cousin said it MIGHT be overwatering and that I might have to repot. If you have any repot tips, anything is helpful!!

Was it just a few minutes? If so, that wouldn’t make it overwatered. Are the leaves that are turning brown the flowers, like the picture shows? If so, that’s normal for them to die. The green leaves look great to me (from the photo). And if it’s just the tips, that’s normal with peace lilies too. It does that if it’s not perfectly watered all the time - they’re princesses! It’s also do to using regular tap water. If you water with distilled water, that won’t happen but I don’t have that kind of money, haha.

Oh so I never finished, ha, it won’t need a repot unless it’s rootbound. You can pull out the nursery plant and check the roots.
