What is happening to my philodendron?? No pests. Developing yellow spots on leaves. Bought at Trader Joe’s, had low expectations from the get go.

    Mine is doing the same exact thing, picked it up at Trader Joe’s as well. The tag said direct sun but after a little digging it should not be left directly in the sun at all. Could that be the case for yours as well?

      Oh wow sounds similar. I did put mine away from the window for a bit but then I noticed the spots. They could have been started when it was more in the window. Planta said this is an imperial green which prefers more shade. May have to try that again.

    I’d rec researching mosaic. A monstera i got from trader joe’s had it and died a tragic death + infected another of my plants
