Several of my plants are struggling and I can’t work out why, different plant types too. These plants get: - 12 hours of grow light a day, grow light is about 3ft away - Humidifier for a little more time than the grow light is on, 71% currently - Room temp 20C - Watered based on their own needs, I’m pretty good at watering so don’t think this is the issue Any and all advice is welcome please?
I think the grow light is too far away, can you move it closer so it’s no more than a 12” above the plants? Does the room receive any natural light? Even if you don’t think watering is the issue, it wouldn’t hurt to take a peek at the roots to check their health. 🌱
1 like I’ll move it closer to give it a go, it’s a standing one. This photo shows my set up. Lots of natural lights, 2 windows that are both pretty big! Root wise I give each plant a weekly check over and haven’t noticed any consistent funny smells or root issues🪴

1 likeThe advice is to consider the specific needs of each plant type, as the current conditions might be too humid for some and the grow light might be too far away for others.
