Hey everyone! I’m noticing some subtle yellowing on the leaf edges, a tiny light spot, and some brown lines on the stems/leaves of my Monstera adansonii ‘Neon’. I also noticed tiny black specs that roll right off when touched. Are these just normal environmental dust, watering adjustments, and mechanical scarring, or do I need to worry about thrips? Thanks for the help! I’ve gone round and round with Google about this and I’ve concluded I probably don’t have thrips, but I want a second opinion.

Take a magnifying glass and look for tiny black specs that move. Thrips are microscopic but you can see them if you look closely. Check leaves front and back and any new growth. It’s hard to tell from the photos what’s going on.
