I need help with the birds of paradise. I’ve have for 3 weeks and it is curlings and splitting already

    Oh no!! I would definitely add alittle more humidity if you can and get a small humidifier if you can’t then the old schools method of misting it. It needs more moisture. if it’s kept around a heater or near a drafty room, I definitely move it to maybe a little corner in a room and add the humidifier there. I also recommend grouping it with other plants

    splitting leaves is natural for these plants! it does this to let light hit lower leaves regarding the drooped leaf, i agree it looks like it was too close to a draft or a heat source! i’ve had a plant do that when it was too close to a wax warmer 😬

    It could also just be adjusting to its new environment as it has only been 3 weeks. The leaves look like they were misted.
