does anyone else have the issue of plants drying out super fast? i watered my rattlesnake plant and string of turtles a few days ago and they’re already dried all the way through. they look like they need to be watered again but i don’t want to overdo it. what should i do?

I repotted some of my plants that had this same problem. If they are fairly drought tolerant plants and they seem healthy, I would continue with a weekly/bi weekly watering schedule. However i noticed with my spider plant that the soil had become hydrophobic and was not absorbing any water at all, so i had to repot that one. My Jade plant soil gets very dry quickly, but that’s because of its fast draining succulent soil mix :-)

it can depend on the conditions (ie how much light it is receiving, if the pot is big enough) check to see if they’re root bound. otherwise, when you water, does it seem like it is retaining it? if not, the soil could be hydrophobic.
