This looks like a monstera from my ID skills to me if I’m correct, sorry can’t see your profile so I’m not sure, but monsteras are ariods and so they love to climb. I’d suggest repotting it in a chunky airy mix, checking roots for root rot (given the brown spots on the leaf), and putting it on a moss pole for optimal air roots and larger happy leaves, looking at the moisture meter it looks really thirsty, that’s also a reason for a moss pole to give more water to the plant via air roots, also making sure as it’s trying to get on the moss pole to not dry out the root ball that much, hope this helps!

Ditto to this first comment & additionally one thing that helped my monstera from having brown/yellow leaves was switching to DI water only or using other kinds of filtered water. :)

FWIW i’ve personally never experienced this by watering monsteras with tap water do you have it near a humidifier? highly recommend that, they love humidity! can you move it closer to the light? looks like she’s rlly reaching to me did you recently repot or move her?

It looks overwatered which can encourage fungal growth (black areas with a yellow outline.) Let the soil almost dry out before watering. Do not rely on that moisture meter device. Check the moisture level with a wooden skewer. My very old monstera lives outside. It’s not sensitive to tap water even though my home has hard water. I water it with a garden hose. Your plant may need more light. Place it outside in bright indirect light, but, no direct sunlight to prevent burns. Use a grow light if it can’t go outside. They thrive with good lighting. Fertilize every two weeks with 50% diluted liquid fertilizer in warmer months. šŸ€šŸŖ“
