Can anybody tell me why my coffee plant is getting crispy on one side, and how to save it? - a new, still learning plant parent

Crispy usually means under watered but I will say though that coffee plants are sensitive to lime/hard water so it could be that. I water with filtered water from my brita and definitely notice a difference in the leaves if I skimp on this

Omg you’re totally right! I’ve just moved to an area with river water and haven’t been filtering my plant water. Thank you!!
