   Mine just started getting a brown spot just like the first picture, apparently it might be overwatering I checked the moisture of the dirt close by its roots and yes they were very humid not wet but super humid, Im just going to not water for like 2 weeks probably hopefully can save it. Could be what yours has?🤷🏻‍♀️

   For the Albo, it is normal for the white part. The cells are a lot more fragile in those sections. Plenty of light, consistent watering will help. As for your mint (or white monster, not sure)similar reasoning and it is most likely due to the watering as well. Based on the size, I’m guessing that’s the one you just got. So my recommendation would be to monitor to see if it progresses or spread. As long as you have good lighting, they should be ok.

   Check the roots first, if the roots are ok. Try gently flush the medium to get rid of salt build up(make sure you don’t flush it too harshly causing dramatic EC change in medium). Most importantly, while doing above, make sure to give the plant plenty of light, due to variegation these albo plants need extra light to stay healthy. Plus you can try some liquid silica to help the variegation part grow stronger and last longer
