they are supposed to be un-killable😣 so i got this snake plant a few weeks ago. there were three plants in one big pot so i took one out and put the other two in a pot. the bigger snake plant is doing fine, but the small one has a leaf that is super droopy. i noticed it turning yellow two weeks ago, but it didn’t start to droop until three days ago. when i repotted when i first got it i reused the same soil (which i suspected wasn’t very well draining) because i can’t really afford to buy more soil. i put it in a porcelain pot with only one drainage hole. i’m thinking about putting it a wayyy smaller terracotta pot so not as much water is just sitting in the soil. there aren’t a lot of roots and i think it would fit. also sorry for all the grammatical errors

Yeahhhh they are unkillable except for overwatering them, mostly for the neglectful type of plant parents lol. But good on you for thinking of repotting it into that terracotta pot, that’ll help immensely with the soggy soil problem! I know soil can get expensive, maybe you could get some perlite instead? It’s about 5 bucks a bag from Walmart where I live and adding a load of that into the existing soil would help a lot!

I haven’t tried this, but I’ve seen people use small gravel in their potting mix for drainage as well. Y’all correct my comment if that’s a terrible suggestion!
