Does this plant have mold? I checked the roots to look for rot but I didn’t see anything. The white spot on the stem there and the bigger white circles on the leaves are concerning me. Could it be some kind of pest?

    i believe the white circles on the leaves are just part of the plant, it’s variegated. if its on every (mature) leaf, then it’s fine!! the white on the stems could just be texture or extra hair, it looks like the stems may be fuzzy :)

      I was wondering if it was, but the white stuff on the stem comes off when I touch it. My unofficial diagnosis is powdery mildew

      could be! powdery mildew wouldn’t be even across the leaves, it would be scattered like this

      and it could look like this on the stem! i would use the same isopropyl alcohol/water treatment every 3ish days, and wipe regularly with neem oil
