I got this syngonium recently and it was doing good for a bit and now some leaves are yellowing and they are curling at the ends. It’s in a self watering pot and has been under a grow light with some other plants. What should I do?

Looks like a watering issue, but a few questions that might help us get to the bottom of the problem: Is it in a pot that's no more than an inch bigger than the root ball? Have you been letting the water storage fully empty before refilling?

Now that you say that, it makes sense but I have been keeping the water storage full all the time.

It’s probably overwatered. The soil needs to dry before watering again. Check for root rot. 🪴🍀

Unsure what kind of pot you have, but I have the kind with rope into the water storage. I like to let the water empty and the rope almost completely dry out before watering again. Be aware that not all self watering planters are the same. The ones that allow the soil to sit in the water storage are notorious plant killers. Drainage holes are still important and having space between soil and water gives the roots some airflow

I tried them and didn’t care for them. But did learn that you have to feed the reservoir directly and not thru the soil, just in case you may be doing that. I’ve been switching several plants over to leca, which I like much better the self watering pots with soil.
