HELP! What is this bug i found in the bottom of my pot? is it part of the life cycle of a fungus gnat?

    It's definitely not a fungus gnat; they're grub-like as larvae. It's a bit blurry, but I'd guess it's an aphid

      They suck leaf juices and damage plants. Indoors, they can be treated with neem oil. Outdoors, put one to six ladybugs or a praying mantis on the affected area; they're really effective

    found those too but out a ladybug on my indoor plants! Hope he’s hungry because there were alot of little scurrying guys!
