Is there any way to treat it? Should I repot?

scrape off the top layer of soil and replace with fresh soil. if you're top watering (pouring water into the pot) try bottom watering (putting the pot in a dish of water to soak). you can try fungicides like unsweetened cinnamon or sprays but i find those are less useful for soil molds

Completely agree with @plantgeek on how to treat it. I’d just like to add that adding a good amount of hydrogen peroxide over the soil after you scrape the top layer off might help kill off any lingering bacteria on the surface. Making sure the soil can completely dry out between waterings and the plant isn’t in too humid of an environment can help lower the risk of the mold returning too.
