HELP! What should i do ? My cat chew my poor baby monstera 😢😢 i cut the leaf since there was no saving, should i leave it how it’s? the roots are doing okay Or will it do better in water ?
Could use your thoughts and opinions on how to manage this little one. I’ve seen some recommendations about trimming the small tiny leaves at the bottom, I think I already need to increase the pot size after 2 months. Should this guy have a pole to start climbing? Just would like advice on how to make it big and bushy. Thanks!
does submerging aerial roots in water cause rotting or helps growth??? let’s settle this please!
Just wanted to take a moment to show off Grace 😍. Figured I’d update and add in Frankie too. Grace-Monsters Frankie-Pothos
She was finally flourishing but accidentally left her in a spot that had intense sun for most of the day. Should i cut the brown leaves?
Hi everyone! I’m new to house plants but have learned a lot from my girlfriend. I got us each a Monstera Albo. The one pictured is mine and I’m doing everything I can to give it the best chance to thrive - moss poll, appropriate sized pot with draining, good soil mix that includes soil mix, perlite, little bit of spaghnam and peet moss, and orchid bark on top. I also have this dedicated grow light. I’m concerned about the new baby leaf growing. It’s a little limp and I’m not loving that it’s a bit yellow. Any recommendations on what I should do to improve the baby leaf?
Just got little Chip here potted!! After all these months she can be introduced to soil!!

Hello! I have a Thai constellation monstera. This is my first intensive plant. She wasn’t getting enough sun. So when I put her in the sun she started to wilt. I moved her out of the sun and she has been standing up better. I don’t understand why she didn’t like being in the sun.
Hello, I recently got a new monstera a few weeks ago, I have four others that are much much larger and thriving and I have never had this issue with my others. One of the leaves seems to have some issue not sure what it could be from. Not sure what it is. 🤷🏼♀️ Any ideas? Anything I can do to insure it doesn’t spread throughout the entire plant? Thank you in advance!!
My girls new big leaf appreciation post 🥹
Got this huge monstera deliciosa a couple of weeks ago and I love her but I don’t exactly know what I’m doing lol. I was looking into a moss pole to help her grow upwards but I am not sure how to use it or set it up. Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

I’ve had this monstera adansonii for a little over a year now and until I repotted it 2 1/2 months ago it was thriving. I repotted into a pot with a drainage hole, went up 2 inches in pot size, and kept the plant in the same environment it was pre-transplant. A few days after transplanting, I noticed drooping in the leaves and chalked it up to transplant shock, deciding to ride out the wave and continue watering and fertilizing as normal. Over two months later and the plant is on deaths door step with no signs of improvement. I’m thinking of repotting again with perlite and adding superthrive (I didn’t last time) but have been hesitant to repot again so soon. Any suggestions? or is she past saving? :( any advice is appreciated!
Hi! I bought a gorgeous trailing monsters adansonii a few weeks ago and repotted it because I could see she was root bound and outgrowing her pot. Once I transplanted her, within a few days most of her leaves turned yellow or brown and I chalked it up to transplant shock and ended up giving her a serious haircut. I then wondered if she needed more water & inserted a terracotta olla to keep her hydrated at her own pace. Here’s a photo of some leaves from today… is this overwatered? Pests? Transplant shock? Thanks in advance…. Here’s also a photo of how fabulous she was before I repotted her. The difference is crazy
Is there any way to treat sunburn on monsteras? I made the mistake of leaving mine outside a little too long and I’m not sure what to do about it now
Do you keep your Thai Constellation on a pole or anything for support? I impulse bought mine from the grocery store and assumed they were climbers but learned they’re actually crawlers (I think lol).
My monstera is about to take over my entire living room! Loving my little jungle today ❤️
GOOD GIRL GO
