I came home to be scream giggling in excitement when I saw the newest leaf on my albo already pushing another new leaf after 3 months 😍😍 side note: it took 9mos to push the first one after taking it home. 1st photo after showering in water last night, no leaf yet 2nd photo from this evening, baby leaf 🥹 3rd photo from April

My mum broke a stem of my monster, but it’s still a little connected :( is there anyway to save it or do I need to chop it. Trying to avoid it, my plant only has 2 leaves at this moment so if I have to cut it I’ll only have one and very little hope of it surviving :(

The one leaf on my monstera propagation has been getting REALLY yellow. The other leaves are fine, but I’m not sure why it’s just the one. I’ve been trying to give it more sun but I’m wondering if it’s anything else. Any advice is highly appreciated :]

After two years, Monster has fenestrations! Granted, it's only her two newest leaves but it's a start. 🙂 She went from 6 to 8 inches to 2 feet 2 inches tall in that time. If she gets much taller, I'm not sure where I'm going to put her or how I'm going to water her. What do people do when they get so tall and heavy you can't carry them? Is there a way to keep them smaller without killing them?

Okay, so vulnerable post here. I rescued two Monstera Thai’s from Walmart a few months ago. They were rotted all to do, smelt SO bad, water logged,m and everything. I took them home, cleaned them up and repotted them. They weren’t dying or anything, just NOT growing, and so I thought I’d put them in some SHADE for a few hours outside. I came back and they were burnt! 😭😭 I tired to leave them alone for a few weeks and not water and just let them exist but the leaves started to brown and yellow even more. Here is them before when I first potted, I didn’t leave them in this sun and that outside photo was months ago and this is what they looked like before I repotted and what I’ve done today. Hopefully they will make a 3rd come back and survive because they are so beautiful! 😭😭

Hi! I have this crazy big monstera and it’s all facing one direction. I just moved it in front of the windows with the “back” facing the window. Will this work to help make the plant more even or should I give up on ever having leaves facing the other way?

Heya everyone!🧡 Wanted to reach out for a bit of advice here regarding this little monstera of mine. There aren't any pests that I can notice, nor any root rot when I repotted it recently into a larger container. It was quite root bound before.. which is what I thought was causing the yellow spots, but they seem to be getting worse still, even after about a week in a bigger pot. The spots are also gutting every day, so there are water droplets accumulating around the leaf border. Could it be poor airflow? Im lost in the sauce. Any help at all is very appreciated!!🧡 Thanks a million:]

Just found this White Monster at HD! Can’t wait to see him grow!

I’m just looking to see if you guys think my plant is healthy looking? It’s grown about a foot taller from when I got her about 4 months ago. I haven’t had any dying leaves just some damaged from the kittens we had but I trimmed them off. Let me know what you think, ask any questions and i listen to all advice. I can post more pictures of her too.

Betsy’s newest leaf has officially unfurled!! It looks bigger than the other three leaves she has. I think I’m going to repot her in soil now that it’s unfurled.

I was in Mexico for 4 days, and expected Herman’s new leaf to be open by the time I got home! It looks like this now! What did I do wrong? The oldest (smallest) leaf is very yellow down there too…help please!

Help plz A while ago, the variegated parts of my thaicon started to brown, and I thought it was because it was root bound (which it kind of was?). I repotted it and thought it would get better, but it kept on browning at the same rate. I water it around once every two weeks. The roots were perfectly fine last time I checked (during repot). Brown areas seem to be slightly transparent and seem like wet or something inside?? Whenever I wake up in the next few mornings after watering, water seems to drip out of these areas a lot (enough that puddles form on the ground). What do I do???
