do i chop the new leaf with black spots on it? the other leaf is also yellowing đ these were separated from my 2.5 yr old monstera who was already yellowing and i already got rid of the mild root rot it had

Hi! I got this monstera a couple months ago now, I think. Yesterday I removed it from its original nursery pot, and separated all the roots I could. I ended up with several plants, and split them up over a couple pots. I have my biggest one in a pot by itself. I put three others in a pot together, but am now questioning my decision. It is a big pot, compared to the three root balls of these plants. Iâm really not finding the way I have them in there visually appealing, either. I would sooo appreciate any advice or suggestions!
