I purchased my first monstera yesterday! Labeled as a Thai Constellation. I went to the grocery store (Kroger) for coffee creamer and noticed this little one sitting alone so I grabbed it! I’ve typically grown succulents so this will be a little learning adventure for me. 😊
Got my monkey mask in mid-March and it’s already got 3 new leaves coming! It’s also lost a random leaf and has been repotted… this makes me so happy as heard these can be a plant to keep happy 🤣
I just found out today that there are two common types of Monstera - Monstera Deliciosa and Monstera Borsigiana I think I might have the Borsigiana (??) Completely Shocked

Is this an Adansonii? I rescued this little thing from my local supermarket where they are steadily killing all the plants for sale (not the staff’s fault - they’re being saddled with an increasingly exotic range of plants in an area that has little interest). I took the two with the least root rot and have trimmed and applied a hydrogen peroxide wash (which has worked wonders on my other hydroponic). BUT. What is it? Planta keeps insisting it’s a Pothos - I think it’s a baby Montsera Adansonii. If I’m right, I’m tempted to actually pot it as I think it would be happier. Any thoughts?! Thank you 💚
I’ve had my monsteras inside for winter but concerned on when to make the move outside for summer. What is the lowest night temperature would be too low for them? It’s in the 70-80F outside during the day. They also will be on a screened in porch. Any advice would be appreciated.
I’m not ready to remove Miss Albo from the coziness of the “sauna” but what about this wild root touching the shelf.. I can put her on a pedestal to give another inch or two but then what? Will it just grow however it wants?
Hi! I need help with my monstera. It recently began browning on a couple of its leaves, and I thought maybe it’s just because it’s so dry here in Arizona so I made sure to diligently mist and watch my watering. But now even my new leaves are browning. I don’t want to hurt him or his new leaves! Advice??? For context i’m a beginner plant mom and have had my monstera for less than a year.
Would this be an aerial root starting?
Hi guys! I’ve had this Swiss cheese for about a year now. She keeps dropping leaves closest to the stem, and she has one really long vine. Her biggest leave is turning yellow. Should I chop it and put it in water and try to transplant that into the pot to give it a fuller look? Any suggestions would be great. Thank you!!
Hi y’all! Just got this monstera on Facebook a few weeks ago. I was nervous because I know they can be difficult, she was in incredible health when I got her. I’ve watered her 2 times since I’ve got her, but noticed that 2 of the leaves are beginning to droop. She is by the window, but my apartment gets ZERO direct sunlight, so I thought she would do good here. Apartment is (67-72 degrees) I’m trying to catch this early before it becomes a bigger problem. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I repot my monstera yesterday, i didn’t went up size on the pot just change the soil to a more chunky one how long should i wait to water her ? the soil was a little damp
I measured the root system, it’s over 4ft long! Should I cut some of the roots back?

I’m repotting this crazy lady today and I’m NERVOUS!! She’s in a way too big pot with the wrong soil so I’m potting down. Any tips/suggestions on repotting?? Idk why I’m so nervous she’s gonna die lol
