Purchased this monstera today from Home Depot. Planted into a 10” pot facing a North and an East window. Approx 26” tall. Let’s see how it goes!
Help!! Does this mean it needs repotting? If so, tips are welcomed!
My mini is struggling. After day 1 he had sunburn on one leaf. So I moved him out of the window and onto the tv stand, no direct Sun rays hitting him. But he’s getting more spots! The new leaf that unfurled is already getting a brown tip. What can I do? Does he need to be in a shadier room?
My Delisiosa this morning 😊 I spy two new leafs 💕
Help, my monstera survived a freeze while in my car traveling cross country in December (brought it home with me during Christmas) it almost died but came back but the leaves are mostly small and weak. It’s been repotted and stuff but still growing weakly. What should I do? Also, my niece likes to tape the leaves :)
So exciting!! Look what I was blessed with this morning. Also, I rearranged everyone into groups according to their care and they seem so happy and also- made room for more plants lol
Once again i ask for help. Should i cut her off.
I bought a mini monstera clipping off facebook marketplace for my kitchen! I gave it a pot and a new home.
hi all, my monstera still has these black spots and i found some more on a few more leaves, (the spots are on about 6 out of 17 leaves) what do i need to check for? what can i do to stop them/prevent more spots from appearing? any tips or help is greatly appreciated. i really don’t want to lose my monstera as i’m getting a new leaf since i’ve adopted her 🪴🩵
I’m thinking in advance because I know that eventually, this girl is gonna be heavy. I found a resin pot that is the same size as her current terracotta pot that came with a nice stand. She’s nowhere near needing to up pot again yet but would it hurt to swap pots with the same medium that I just used in there? I’m concerned cause she’s just about to show me a new leaf.
Update! 🌿 I posted several days ago about new growth making for a heavy, droopy plant. I’m pleased to report 2 things…that she’s been christened Barbarella, and, she’s looking perkier with the addition of a massive moss pole and lots of plant tape! Onwards and upwards, Barbarella 😁
Added a moss pole 🪴
Help. I feel like monstera isn’t doing too well. Can anyone help or any ideas?
Any ideas on how to prune this monster!!! Ahhh!
Need opinions- I’m growing my deliciosa in water right now and have been contemplating for awhile putting it in soil. I feel like it’ll do better. I’m struggling bc I’m also wanting badly to jisy keep it in water. Ultimately i feel like I’m leaning more towards soil. Thoughts?!? Pic of monstera in question
Just got this plant from my aunt, any tips?
Well, I got her a grow light that isn’t purple. Its super bright-meter said about 3.4 DLI . How far away from it should she be? I took her off of the little stand because she was touching the bulb. I did order a hanging lamp but in the meantime… also has a humidifier there. The whole room actually looks a lot sunnier. Should I leave her alone in her corner or should I put a couple of other plants with the same needs near her? It looks purple on camera but it’s super bright white.
My babies loveeeeeee this kitchen window. I think the humidity from both the window and the sink right there make it perfect 🥰
I’ve had Mimosa for 5 months🪴 I’m a new plant mum and just winging it, I added the moss pole a few months back to help it grow upwards. Does it look ok? Any advice? TIA
