This new leaf popping out of my albo monstera seems to have this goopy brown stuff on it 😰…should I be worried?

Is it VERY wishful thinking or am i going to be getting some new leaves? This baby was trimmed back severely due to damaged leaves. It resembled a broccoli stalk for a bit.

My Thai had a new leaf growing and before it completely unfurled, the white portion turned brown. Thoughts?? I chopped the white portion in hopes to save the leaf, it was half white though 😭😭😭

Any ideas how to display this mini monstera a bit cuter? She is long and lean! Gets plenty of in a West window. Show me your minis!

Quarterly spaghetti noodle update 🍝 Last repotting I thought putting it in a very smooth glazed ceramic pot would keep it from getting stuck this time. But no. No it did not lol

Haii, is my monstera staked properly? I have it staked too the leaves stems so they dont sag but they can still move too aim for more light if needed but does this provide support?

Should this lead be cut off? It looks pretty bad compared to all the rest of the leafs.

A hot new bombshell has entered the villa! No inner fenestration yet, but not bad for her 3rd leaf 🤩

Just wanted to see if this monstera stem stump would grow anything, and it seems so. Can’t tell if it’s a leaf or a stem growing without one lol any help is appreciated!

I’m new to plants and he is my baby. He is doing good but very droopy. I have had him for a couple of years and I LOVE him. Any advice? Is he ok? He seems to like his new spot in the house. I just don’t want to kill him.

I got this monstera in June and it looked good when I bought but I had trouble finding a sunny spot in the house and it started struggling. I put it outside hoping that would help but now it’s drooping and the leaves are browning. Any advice?

My Monstera (that I named Pepper Jack) hasn’t really been growing. He was a cut off from a much bigger Monstera in my house, and he hasn’t been doing badly (Except maybe losing a few leaves). But he hasn’t been growing like all the other monsteras in the house. Do any of you know why this is happening? (The picture to the left is how it looks now, and the one to the right is how it used to look)

Hey, first time monstera care giver here. Last month I moved from AZ to MT, and my monstera is looking a little sad. She is kind of curling leaves and drooping a bit. I have tried different areas in the home thinking it was potentially a light issue, but it hasn’t resolved. I have never repotted from when I bought her. She recently had multiple new leaves and some good growth. Any and all advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

SOS! Fungus gnats. Recently repotted (a week and a half ago - also watered it then) my Monsterra directly into this cement pot and although I waited for it to fully drain to put back into its saucer, it seems to not be too happy. I saw many adult gnats flying around this morning and tbh I just put it outside so the buggers don’t bother me indoors. It’s my first time dealing with this so I’m dwelling on repotting it (again) back into its black plastic but very aerated previous pot… or can it be saved? Is the cement pot an issue? I have a feeling it’s not liking it. I got sticky traps but other than that not sure what else to do. Heard many tips on tiktok but unsure what’s right for my specific situation. The plant itself seems happy and grew a whole new leaf anyway! BUT it’s just plain annoying ☹️☹️☹️ Help.
