Hiiii I’m new to the monstera community, i got this new monstera a couple days ago and notice some damage to the leaves. Should I just cut them so that the plant can focus on growth? And should I separate these plants to give them more room to grow so they can get bigger ?
if the leaves are still green and aren’t yellowing or sagging, leave them! they can still provide energy to the plant :) as it gets bigger it may drop these leaves on its own, or you can cut them once you have growth that you’re satisfied with!

I would recommend repotting her in a couple weeks to give her fresh soil and a grow pole. I would cut back any leaves that are yellowed or damaged.
