My monstera has 2 new leaves!!! The anticipation is insane!!! When she gets holes in her leaves will they kind of look like she’s rotting holes in her leaves like this??

It won't look like rotting holes but there will be holes in a pattern the older your plant gets.

Also mist some water on those leaves to make them not rip and to make it easy for them to open

Fenestrations are the holes in the leaves, with maturity the new growth will have more and more fenestrations. Your new leaf seems to have them, the leave your holding in your hand looks like damage

The 2 leaves with no holes keep getting spots like that. How do I fix it??

It looks like damage, maybe when they were unfurling they got damaged or from moving it/pets if you have. Sometimes if they look too tight I will mist with water.if they are small leaves I personally would just chop them if they bother you

For that one leaf, Do you have a cat or dog that could be damaging them? If its a continual thing it could be a pest of some kind
