HELP! My monstera leaf is getting worse by the day. These photos are the same leaf a week apart. What’s happening and how do I fix it/ prevent it from spreading?

    sometimes when theres water droplets lets on the leaves the sun will make the leaves burn

      Thank you for your feedback. They’re in very indirect like, I have north facing windows and have to use a grow light about 1.5 feet away for sufficient lighting.

    I have a monstera I use a glow light 💡 at night and moss stick. All from Amazon.

    Just cut the leaf and check that is not spreading to others, it could be other issue since it has that browning on the edge of leaves. I will inspect the roots !!!
