My monstera seems to be a bit back heavy and I want to make sure she is well supported. Any suggestions of what use? I’m a newbie plant mom and appreciate any help!

You could give it a trellis for support or attach it to a moss pole that it will grow onto over time. I’ve got monsteras on both and both are happy!

If it were me I would. That way you can maneuver just right without breaking anything. Also, unless you tend to be an overwaterer, I’d repot in a plastic nursery pot that you can slide into a cover pot (terra cotta pots allow water evaporation through the walls which is great for succulents and desert plants but not as much for tropicals). Pot should be 1-2 inches larger than the root ball and monsteras are totally cool with getting a bit root bound! They also like well-draining soil (you can make your own or use a premade tropical mix). Sorry, I know that was a lot of unsolicited advice but I hope it’s helpful! It took me a lot of trial and error learning to care for my monsteras so I love passing on what I’ve learned! 😁

you could stick a stake, trellis, or board behind the plant in the pot, and slowly tie it upright. monstera have a front, where the leaves point, and a back, where the aerial roots point. it looks like the back of your plant is against the wall so the support should be relatively easy to place. i would suggest a sturdy wire trellis as it will slide into the soil easily and provide adequate support for now, if your plant doesn’t need to be repotted.
