   Maybe a large moss pole? Or something that will keep it going straight.

   They love humidity and light! I would water at least twice a week if it is mostly dry, I would also get some type of support , moss poles are great but even like wooden slabs can be good for the aerial roots to wrap around! Most likely it needs to be repotted in a chunky soil mix but only if the roots are very bound monsteras love smaller pots!
