   cute, but you really don't want to be attaching them by the leaves. you only want velcro or any restraints around the stem. restraining the leaves doesn't really provide any support at all, and the plant will continue to tilt forward, which will lead to damage and leaf loss in the future

     Should I lower the Velcro closer the base of the stem?

     the velcro can be at the top of the stem, but it should only be on the stem. your monsteras are short right now so they don't need too much help, just one or two strips of velcro to make sure they stay upright while they grow.

     * that second stem in the first picture needs it's own support pole. you should probably separate it from the other one in that pot.
